專門針對 3至10 歲，有社交、情緒、行為和關係困難的兒童, 兒童為本遊戲治療(CCPT)是一個以遊戲為基礎、發展性合適的心理治療介入。 兒童為本遊戲治療運用遊戲 - 兒童的自然語言和治療關係，營造安全和一致的治療環境，讓兒童能夠感受到治療師的無條件接納、同理心和理解，並透過玩耍來梳理內心的經驗和感受。在兒童為本遊戲治療中，兒童在治療關係以內的體驗，是達致穩固和正面的改變裏最療癒和具意義的因素。
CCPT is a play-based, developmentally appropriate mental health intervention designated for young children with behavioral, emotional, social, and relational difficulties between the ages of three and ten. Through play- the natural language of children, and a safe and predictable therapeutic environment curated by the therapist's acceptance and empathy, children are allowed to express themselves clearly and process difficult emotions and experiences. According to CCPT, the most significant and healing element in bringing about long-lasting, constructive change is a child's experience in the therapeutic relationship.

我的兒童輔導服務為3至11歲小童提供一對一的遊戲治療。服務對象包括：情緒失調, 對抗性行為, 發展遲緩, 表達困難, 神經多樣性 (i.e. 泛自閉症障礙, 專注力不足/過度活躍症), 抑鬱, 焦慮, 創傷, 疏忽照顧, 自殺傾向。

I provide one-on-one child-centred play therapy regularly to children and parents in need. My scope of service surrounds children struggling with emotional dysregulation, oppositional behaviours, depression. anxiety, trauma, neglect, loss, suicidal ideations, developmental delay in any kinds, expressive difficulties, and neurodiversity (i.e. ASD, ADHD).

遊戲治療是兒童發展中其中一種最為合適的介入方法。這種治療方法能讓小孩清晰地表達自己，並學習到如何處理困難的情緒和體驗。眾多研究實證兒童為本遊戲治療如何支援孩童在情緒和行為上的調適。過程中小孩會與治療師會處身在精心設置的遊戲室之中。治療師會透過反映小孩的行為,情緒,設定界限,鼓勵自尊等技巧, 以協助小孩疏離困擾, 並促進個人成長。
